运行特性与机械特征

旋转管式分样器通过倾斜旋转管，将均匀计量的物料流分配至漏斗形锥体。

该锥体在节圆处设有凹槽，通过凹槽的物料称为”样品”，经漏斗收集的物料则视为”废料”。

样品开口可通过滑块调节，从而实现分样比的无级可变调节。

旋转管式分样器适用于流动性良好且不易粘附的物料，其大型检修开口设计使设备清洁更为便捷。
