盘式研磨机适用于莫氏硬度≤8的软质到硬质物料的精细研磨。

运行特性与机械特征

盘式研磨机通过两个粗齿研磨盘之间的剪切作用实现破碎与研磨。其中一个研磨盘固定，另一个由齿轮电机驱动旋转，从而对物料施加剪切应力。两盘间隙决定成品粒度，通过集成刻度盘的调节轮可精确设定固定盘的位移量，实现间隙宽度可重复调节。研磨后的物料落入下方玻璃收集瓶。

SBM型隔音外壳可旋开，无需工具即可打开研磨腔进行检查/清洁。门体配备安全传感器，防止接触旋转中的研磨盘。

设备的多样化选型

可选配的工业吸尘器可通过壳体上的连接件对接，其电源由壳体后壁安装的插座控制。

针对大批量样品或连续作业，玻璃瓶可更换为带软管接头的适配器（作为筛分设备的配件提供）。
