设计和应用
预筛分设备优先用于采石场、金属矿及渣处理厂的首道破碎工序前。阶梯式筛面确保物料获得良好的二次筛分效果。
针对易堵塞的长条状或尖锐物料，推荐采用筛缝沿输送方向渐扩的阶梯筛网以获得最佳效果。双层筛分方案也可实现，以完善分级流程。
我们可为您定制筛宽达2100毫米、筛长达4000毫米的偏心振动筛分机，适用于冲孔板或阶梯筛网的高效预筛分作业。
运行特性与机械特征
与自由振动的圆振筛不同，偏心振动筛采用刚性安装。这种设计的积极效果是能永久保持圆形运动轨迹直径，不会因进料过多而减小。我们的偏心振动筛能轻松应对进料波动或个别石块造成的强烈冲击——这些都不影响其运行。通过橡胶缓冲器将筛机安装在框架上（该框架又与钢结构隔离），可有效减少向钢结构的振动传递。
通过采用其他筛机通用的组件，我们的偏心振动筛确保实现持久可靠的预筛分效果。
