大块物料专用紧凑型破碎机

单辊破碎机通过旋转辊与破碎壁之间的相互作用实现粉碎作业。物料被吸入破碎间隙后，在压力与剪切力的协同作用下持续破碎，直至达到可排出间隙的合格粒度。

单辊破碎机机械特性

我们的辊式破碎机配备以下装置：

破碎比

通常为1:5至1:15，最高可实现1:30的破碎比。

无极可调破碎间隙

由预张紧橡胶元件支撑的破碎壁，可实现破碎间隙的无级调节。

可逆式过载保护装置

T弹簧组允许活动破碎壁避让不可破碎的小颗粒物料。

阶梯式破碎壁布局

提升大块物料的进料效率

辊体破碎齿条

通过垫片调节高度，从而改善进料特性并调整处理量。梳状破碎齿条设计在进料特性方面具有额外优势，尤其适用于潮湿物料。

分段式壳体结构

可拆卸壳体段以更换破碎齿条及辊体耐磨衬板。
