UM 150多功能粉碎机专用于精确计量、干燥、脆性、中硬度（莫氏硬度约6级）且粒度＜15毫米物料的精细研磨。

多功能粉碎机是如何工作的？

其粉碎原理基于高速旋转转子与齿形磨轨之间产生的冲击、反弹及剪切应力复合作用。

  • 研磨腔与旋风分离器采用全开放式结构，便于检查/清洁

运行特性与机械性能

物料经破碎研磨后，通过带抽气装置的槽形筛板完成分选，有效避免已达标细物料的过粉碎。被气流抽送的粉碎物料随后经旋风分离器分离，最终收集于500毫升样品瓶中（可选方案：拆除样品瓶后，可通过机座开口连接管道，以便在设备下方安装更大容量容器）。

为便于设备检查与清洁，可开启机盖使研磨腔和旋风分离器完全暴露。气撑式机盖配备安全监测装置，一旦开启将立即触发制动电机停机。决定成品细度的槽形筛板可在开盖状态下插入磨轨对应卡槽中进行更换。
