下行管道旋转式取样器

即使在狭小空间内也能实现代表性取样。

在低安装高度条件下对溜槽全断面进行散装物料取样。

运行特性与机械特点

通过匀速圆周运动的槽式取样器实现代表性取样。当取样器旋转穿过料流时,从料流中截取样品并收集于槽内,随后通过开启活动底板在卸料溜槽上方完成卸料。

卸料结束后,取样器旋回待机位置。

槽式取样器的待机位置位于主料流外侧,既保持溜槽全断面畅通,又避免持续物料冲击。

取样器的旋转运动可采用气缸或三相电机驱动。
