双辊研磨机

通过剪切力和压力实现破碎

双辊研磨机通过两个反向旋转的辊筒实现破碎与研磨，物料被吸入辊隙后承受压力与剪切力的双重作用而破碎。

双辊研磨机标准配置为光面辊筒，其摩擦进料特性会限制最大处理粒度。为改善进料条件，可选用我们提供的齿形辊筒。该设备通常可实现1:2至1:5的破碎比，最高可达1:20。

无限可调的辊隙

双辊配置中，一个辊筒固定安装，另一个辊筒可通过手动、电动或液压丝杆调节。设定的辊隙间距可通过刻度盘读取，或通过传感器进行数字化记录。

可逆式过载保护

弹簧组件使活动辊能够避让较小的不可破碎物。

高效传力至活动破碎辊

通过摇臂安装结构，可在辊隙间产生高压碎力。

低磨损/低污染的破碎与研磨，采用以下材质制造的破碎辊：

铸钢、碳化钨或全陶瓷
