Cone mill KM 170 - View into the grinder

通过慢速旋转的破碎锥与固定外磨环之间的剪切作用实现破碎研磨。通过旋转进料斗可调节磨具间的破碎间隙，从而控制粉碎细度。凭借细碎锥的齿形结构，该圆锥破碎机使用标准磨具即可实现≤2毫米的最终出料细度。

  • 样品入斗封闭盖板后即形成全密封研磨环境，无需除尘装置即可操作
  • 低磨损、低维护设计
  • 适用于极硬高磨蚀性及热敏性物料

  • 标准配置最终出料≤2毫米（选用特殊锥体可获得更细颗粒）
  • 可选配分样装置

运行特性与机械特征

为确保长久使用寿命，整个研磨机构均采用碳化钨（WC）材质制造。

特殊设备

KM 65圆锥破碎机可选配分样装置，实现在实验室样品制备过程中通过单次作业同时完成破碎与分样。通过调节器可将持续分离的样品量设定为1:2、1:4或1:8比例。
