运行特性与机械特点

KPNS型熟料取样器从下落料流中提取点状样品。

该设备通过气动装置将取样勺推入料流，在设定时间内完成取样。取样勺收回时，由取样器内部的刮板进行刮料，样品通过刚性筛网进行预分级。

获得的筛上物和筛下物可通过管道接口输送至分析单元，无需分析的物料可直接返回主料流。
