椭圆运动筛分机

应用灵活多样

椭圆振动筛结合了直线筛和圆振筛的优点，同时采用节省空间的水平安装方式并具有高物料通过量。

无论是机械式还是电子式椭圆运动筛分机，都能根据运行条件进行具体调整和适配。例如通过改变对输送速度起决定性作用的抛射角，以及调整机器加速度的重要参数（如振动幅度和机器转速）来实现。

电子式椭圆筛分机可在运行期间调整转速和抛射角，这种调整可通过触摸屏手动操作或通过Profibus集成到系统控制中全自动完成——完全无需停机！

我们的电子椭圆振动筛能从容应对变化的运行状况，无需人工干预。因此，进料量的波动、自动清洁以及按编程周期排出卡住的颗粒都不成问题。可永久保证稳定的筛分效果。电子元件针对常规严苛运行条件精心挑选，不易出现故障。

机械式机型与电子式椭圆振动筛同样灵活，但主要振动参数只能在机器静止时更改。

运行特性与机械特征

我们的椭圆筛分机（E型-偏心轴驱动，EZ型-单元驱动）提供0.8至300毫米的分级粒度，筛面面积0.6至约60平方米。根据物料特性，设备可配置6-12毫米的主轴振幅。筛机及筛面通常水平安装，筛体可配置1至3层筛网。

筛箱设计兼容纵向/横向张紧式筛板或平板筛板，当然也适配不同厂商的系统筛板。针对粉尘筛分，可按需求提供带防尘罩的椭圆筛。还可选配定制化筛分辅助装置，如敲击器或喷淋系统。
