在生产厂房、生产线或输送带进行在线测量的设备通常处于极端恶劣环境,噪音、粉尘、高温、低温、污垢或湿度仅是这些设备必须应对的部分挑战。目前市场上尚无现成适用于此类环境的气体比重计。

传统比重计——高投入与高成本

实施此类项目需要高昂的投入和成本。对于任何标准气体比重计,都必须在设施中配备密封外壳和特殊保护措施。此外,比重计的称重和填充操作必须通过机器人完成。该机器人还需能够将比重计的测量室完全气密性密封。由于标准比重计采用螺纹或卡口式闭合结构,这意味着机器人的夹爪必须集成额外的旋转轴来完成旋转密封动作——这将成为项目的又一技术难点。

为何BULKINSPECTOR不存在这些问题?

由于我们的BULKINSPECTOR采用封闭式系统设计,所有这些问题都被彻底解决。

噪音、粉尘、高温、低温、污垢或湿度均不会对其造成干扰。绝缘钢制外壳对外界影响具有高度耐受性,样品可通过封闭式振动输送槽等装置进样,从而避免样品污染。

由于称重过程同样在BULKINSPECTOR内部完成,外部干扰几乎被完全隔绝。此外,其高精度称重传感器比普通标准天平更抗振动。设备内部温度通过帕尔贴元件保持恒定,因此冷热变化不会影响测量结果,就连持续变化的气压等参数也不会导致数据失真。

这使得BULKINSPECTOR气体比重计既能满足实验室精密测量要求,又可适应严苛的工业现场条件。
