什么是铝盐渣？
铝盐渣是铝生产及回收过程中产生的副产品。
在原铝生产过程中，通过电解工艺熔炼氧化铝及其他杂质以制取纯铝，由此产生的盐渣主要成分为氧化铝，并含有氯化钠、氯化钾和氟化物等盐类杂质。
在废铝回收再生过程中同样会产生铝盐渣。回收的铝料在熔炼炉中重熔提纯以用于新铝制品制造，铝合金中含有的杂质和异物形成以氧化铝和盐类为主的熔渣。
铝盐渣的形成
铝盐渣是废铝和铝渣在回转熔炼炉中熔炼时产生的残余物。在此特定工艺中，需添加由70%氯化钠、28%氯化钾和2%氟化钙组成的熔炼盐。该熔盐浮于熔融金属表面，既能防止液态铝氧化，又可吸附废料中的杂质。随后，铝液与盐层从回转炉中分批排出。
最后排出的盐混合物含有金属铝残渣及多种金属氧化物（主要为氧化铝），该混合物在料槽中凝固后即形成铝盐渣。典型铝盐渣成分包含约60%氯化钠/氯化钾混合盐、30%氧化铝及5-10%的金属铝。
典型的处理工艺
首先，通过干法机械分离工艺（比如 筛分）将金属铝与其他成分分离，并从铝盐渣中提取出来。
在随后的湿法处理阶段，采用组合工艺。通过多级溶解和重结晶工艺回收渣中仍含有的熔盐，并使用推料式离心机或螺旋筛网式离心机进行脱水。
湿法部分的氧化铝残渣经过彻底洗涤和脱水。采用真空带式过滤机和沉降式离心机等专用设备降低水分含量，并将残渣转化为可运输形态。这些残渣被重新用于建筑材料行业。
处理过程中的一个重要方面是该工艺的环保兼容性。湿法端通常采用闭路水循环系统，以最大限度减少用水量和环境影响。过程中产生的所有粉尘和气体均在废气净化系统中捕获和分离。有害气体（如氨气）在专用塔式洗涤器中被转化为硫酸铵，并使用我们的推料离心机和筛网螺旋离心机进行脱水。
铝盐渣的处理是一个高度复杂的工艺，我们的设备解决方案在其中发挥着多项关键作用。通过高效回收渣中的铝和其他有价值的材料，该工艺为促进循环利用和减少铝工业的环境影响做出了宝贵贡献。
