运行特性与机械特点

SPN型螺旋取样器通过插入料流的方式，从下落物料中提取点状样品。

取样时，伸入料流的取样管（管壁设有进料口）首先通过螺旋输送器沿料流方向清空。经过设定的清空时间后，螺旋反转并将落入取样管中的样品输送至主管道外的管接头。

“点状样品”指仅采集物料横截面的局部区域。尽管是局部取样，SPN型螺旋取样器仍可获得代表性样品，其前提是：料流成分分布均匀且待测特性与颗粒粒径无关。若特性与粒径相关，建议选用全断面取样器（如FPN/TPN型下行管道/浆料取样器）。
