运行特性与机械性能
活塞式插入取样器从下落物料流中提取点状样品。
取样过程通过取样勺实现：该取样勺进入物料流，经适当停留时间后充满样品物料，随后通过旋转或回刮动作获取样品，最终将取得的样品转移至主管道外的管接头处。
取样器收回时，取样勺附带的封闭板会阻隔物料流，从而确保物料流动过程中无任何可能造成阻碍的夹具结构。
取样勺采用气动缸驱动或手动操作。
“点状取样”的命名源于其仅捕获物料流通截面的局部区域。尽管是局部取样，只要满足物料流在截面上成分均匀分布的前提条件，活塞取样器仍可获得代表性样品。
