运行特性与机械特点

活塞式取样器伸入料流，从下落物料中提取点状样品。

取样通过伸入料流的取样管进行，该取样管设有开口供物料落入。取样时，气动活塞从等待位置沿料流方向推过取样管，从而清空取样管。经过暂停时间后，活塞回撤并带走新收集的样品物料。通过这种方式获得的样品物料可转移至主管道外的管接头。”点状样品”这一术语的采用是因为仅记录了产品承载横截面的一部分区域。

尽管是局部采集，活塞式取样器仍能生成代表性样品。例如，当产品流在横截面上均匀分布且待分析特性均与颗粒大小无关时，这一点可以得到保证。但如果这些特性与颗粒大小相关，我们建议使用覆盖整个横截面的取样器，例如我们的下行管道/浆料取样器。
