旋转式分样器
根据设计型号，进料首先经过均化与计量后进入分样盘。通过旋转臂在分样盘上均匀布料实现物料分离。
该分样器专用于大样本量分割，适用于港口散货装卸或采矿作业等大宗物料处理场景。

运行特性与机械特征
该旋转分料器配备垂直布置的带孔圆盘，由电机驱动旋转。
样品物料通过给料装置均匀输送至分料器，并导流至旋转圆盘。物料作为”样品”通过圆盘开口，或作为”废料”被圆盘剔除。
由于其简洁结构，该分料器的分样比（根据型号不同为1:2至1:130）在生产完成后即不可调节。
