振动盘磨机制样作为历经数十年验证的成熟方法，广泛应用于地质学、矿物学、冶金学、玻璃/陶瓷工业、建材工业、土壤/植物分析及发电厂等领域。

实验室样品的超细粉碎

振动盘磨机可实现样品的快速、无损耗且可复现的超细粉碎与均化。

研磨容器可处理10-1000立方厘米的样品批次，单步操作即可将物料研磨均化至最终细度＜40微米*1)。这使得振动盘磨机制样成为后续X射线光谱分析的理想前处理方案，无论研磨后的样品是用于压片还是熔片制备。

手动型、气动型与全自动型

我们的振动盘磨机可选配以下配置：

  • 手动式研磨碗与振动台连接
  • 气动式研磨容器固定于振动台
  • 全自动研磨碗装卸系统（操作员无需拆卸研磨碗，全程在机完成）

全自动振动盘磨机为操作员提供显著的人体工学优势。研磨容器全程在机运行，免除了拆卸与清空容器的高强度体力劳动。选配样品盘匣后，该设备可无人值守连续处理样品，大幅解放实验室人力。

根据不同型号设计，振动盘磨机还可通过适配器兼容多种研磨容器，例如：

  • 6 x 10 ml 管
  • 3 x 50 ml 管
  • 3 x 100 ml 容器
  • 3 x 250 ml 研磨罐

自动振动盘式研磨机

操作简单、快速且安全可靠！

现在，您的工作将变得更加轻松：只需放入样品、启动研磨，研磨完成的样品可直接在烧杯中取出！您的员工无需再费力搬运沉重的研磨容器。

每次研磨后，系统会通过压缩空气/抽吸自动清洁研磨容器，从而几乎完全避免不同样品间的交叉污染。即使对于轻微粘附的材料，采用冲洗材料进行预研磨处理也常能将残留物减少至检测限以下。

研磨容器

研磨容器内的研磨介质（研磨石/研磨环）通过圆周振荡产生滚动冲击运动。

该运动可产生极强的作用力，从而实现快速、无损耗且可重复的均质化处理，并能将样品超细研磨至分析级细度。

设备的选型

该振动盘式研磨机提供多种型号可选：

  • 手动或气动闭合
  • 造型结构：集成降噪外壳的隔音罩式（TS型），或紧凑型开放结构的独立台式（T型）
  • 在全自动机型中，研磨容器固定于设备内部，仅需从外部进行样品的装入和取出操作。
  • 该设备可集成于AMP全自动研磨压制系统，该系统将拳头大小样品的预研磨、分样、超细研磨直至粉末压制成片的完整工艺流程整合于单台设备中一体化完成。
