振动盘磨机制样作为历经数十年验证的成熟方法,广泛应用于地质学、矿物学、冶金学、玻璃/陶瓷工业、建材工业、土壤/植物分析及发电厂等领域。

实验室样品的超细粉碎

振动盘磨机可实现样品的快速、无损耗且可复现的超细粉碎与均化。

研磨容器可处理10-1000立方厘米的样品批次,单步操作即可将物料研磨均化至最终细度<40微米*1)。这使得振动盘磨机制样成为后续X射线光谱分析的理想前处理方案,无论研磨后的样品是用于压片还是熔片制备。

手动型、气动型与全自动型

我们的振动盘磨机可选配以下配置:

  • 手动式研磨碗与振动台连接
  • 气动式研磨容器固定于振动台
  • 全自动研磨碗装卸系统(操作员无需拆卸研磨碗,全程在机完成)

全自动振动盘磨机为操作员提供显著的人体工学优势。研磨容器全程在机运行,免除了拆卸与清空容器的高强度体力劳动。选配样品盘匣后,该设备可无人值守连续处理样品,大幅解放实验室人力。

根据不同型号设计,振动盘磨机还可通过适配器兼容多种研磨容器,例如:

  • 6 x 10 ml 管
  • 3 x 50 ml 管
  • 3 x 100 ml 容器
  • 3 x 250 ml 研磨罐

自动振动盘式研磨机

操作简单、快速且安全可靠!

现在,您的工作将变得更加轻松:只需放入样品、启动研磨,研磨完成的样品可直接在烧杯中取出!您的员工无需再费力搬运沉重的研磨容器。

每次研磨后,系统会通过压缩空气/抽吸自动清洁研磨容器,从而几乎完全避免不同样品间的交叉污染。即使对于轻微粘附的材料,采用冲洗材料进行预研磨处理也常能将残留物减少至检测限以下。
