运行特性与机械特征

勺式取样器用于沟渠或管道转运点的物料取样。

浊度代表性取样通过样本勺完成，该勺以恒定速度直线穿过物料流。当样本勺穿过悬浮物流时，持续分离出的部分流体通过排出口排出。由此获得的样品物料可通过收集槽汇集并进行后续处理。

取样勺从两个等待位之一出发穿过悬浮物流，止于对向位置。两次取样间隔期间，取样勺的等待位位于物料腔内但处于悬浮物流之外的主物流区，此举既避免取样勺与物料流直接接触（防止干扰物流且减少磨损），又确保装置安装不影响物料正常流动。
